BeNano 180 Zeta Max
BeNano 180 Zeta Max
The BeNano 180 Zeta Max is an advanced nanoparticle analyzer that uses light scattering and transmission to measure particle size, concentration, zeta potential, molecular weight, refractive index, and rheological properties in one system.
All-in-One Measurement (14 Modes in One Instrument): Particle size, zeta potential, molecular weight, microrheology, refractive index, concentration, sedimentation, transmission, pH autotitration, and other analytical modes.
Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS): Particle size measurement from 0.3 nm to 15 µm using backscattering detection, stable even at high concentrations.
Zeta Potential (PALS): Uses Phase Analysis Light Scattering for high accuracy, even in high-salt conditions or near the isoelectric point.
Molecular Weight (SLS): Determination of molecular weight via Static Light Scattering.
Microrheology (DLS-based): Measures viscoelastic properties (G′, G″, creep compliance) without a mechanical rheometer.
Flow Mode Compatible: Can be connected to separation systems (GPC/SEC or FFF) for fraction-based size analysis.
Temperature Trend Measurement: Wide temperature control from –15 °C to 120 °C for thermal stability studies.
VV/VH Polarization: For analyzing the rotation and orientation of anisotropic particles.
Fluorescence Filter: Removes fluorescence background from labeled or naturally fluorescent samples.
Refractive Index (RI): Measures the refractive index of the dispersant using a patented 0° detector module.
Particle Concentration (LEDLS): Determines particle count and volume using LED light scattering without external calibration.
Sedimentation Mode: Analyzes large particle sizes (up to ~50 µm) using settling/transmission measurement.
Transmittance Monitoring: Real-time transparency monitoring for flocculation and stability evaluation.
pH Autotitration: Automatic pH control (range 1–13) for generating zeta vs pH curves and determining the Isoelectric Point (IEP).
Advanced Software: Supports full automation, real-time monitoring, SOP workflows, and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13321, ISO 22412, and ISO 13099.
Low Sample Volume: Requires only ~3 µL for analysis — ideal for expensive or limited-quantity samples.
